Southlake's Incorporated welcomes you to our Hamper and Toy registration for 2025.

**PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT BE HOLDING OUR ANNUAL KIDS CHRISTMAS PARTY AT COORANBONG THIS YEAR

We are delighted to bring the spirit of giving and joy to our community during the holiday season. Our program has been providing Hampers and Toys to those in need in Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Kurri Kurri, Cessnock, Taree and Newcastle for 13 years, ensuring everyone can experience the magic of Christmas. We are pleased to now add Gilgandra, Gulargambone, Dunedoo, Mendooran, Merriwa, Coonamble, Cobar & Quambone.

After registering you will receive a confirmation email from Google Forms.

Rules for Signing Up:

1. Eligibility: You must have either received assistance from us throughout the year (emergency food hamper, free haircut or free clothing pack) or have purchased food from one of our food pantry.

2. One Hamper per Household: Strictly one Hamper per Household: Please do not sign up for multiple hampers from the same address.

3. Age Restriction: To be eligible for a free toy children must be aged 1 to 13 years old.

4. Registration Deadline: The deadline for signing up is Nov 30th 2025. If we reach our hamper and toy limits we will close the registration. Late submissions cannot be accommodated.

5. Correct Contact Information: Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach out to you if necessary.

6. Collection Date:
-COORANBONG: Sunday Dec 14th. Monday Dec 15th. Tuesday Dec 16th 10am to 2pm Cooranbong Community Hall.
-THE ENTRANCE: Monday Dec 15th at our Free meal service (this is strictly for our regular guests that attend our free weekly meal service!)
-OUT WEST: Wednesday Dec 17th for Dunedoo, Mendooran, Gilgandra and Gulargambone, Thursday Dec 18th for Merriwa

7. Indentification: PROOF: Medicare Card must be shown upon collection and your children MUST be named on the Medicare Card.

8. One Toy Per Child: If parents are separated ONLY ONE parent can register for free toys. If you are the legal guardian you must provide proof.

9. Respectful Behavior: We ask that you treat our volunteers with respect and courtesy at all times.
